ActiveX window won't disappear

Has anyone run into issues with an ActiveX window not disappearing after moving onto a different tab or window in version 5.5 build 513 ...and if so have you any solutions or suggestions?

Problem solved. Changed ActiveX control persistence from default to screen. Now works on Version 5.5, Builds 505 and 513.
